Weekend Haul!

Ok so this weekend wasn't that exciting, because number one I am waiting for Cyber Monday to order some stuff and I already have some stuff in the mail sooo I just got a few things! 

First up Family Dollar:

I went to a thrift store with my mom on Saturday I believe in another town and there is a Family Dollar there so we went to go check it out and I found this little Color Workshop (I think) set for only $1! So I thought why not? Well when I got home I opened it (after pics of course!) and was surprised. First off the mascara is BLUE! Blue. yup. blue. Which is eh whatever. Then I moved onto the shadows which I was like WTH?! I mean it was a dollar but the eyeshadows are in in this flimsy little package which you would expect some chocolates or something lol I was like WOW. Then I swatched them with my finger and :( yup that's all I can say. But I was like no maybe these have more to them than this crappy payoff so I put a bit of primer on my hand and I took a flat shader brush and then swatched them and I was pleasantly surprised. Not the best I can tell you that much but not that bad. So I mean you get what you pay for but they're alright.

I also got another LA Colors 5 pan palette. I had gone to a Family Dollar in a town about an hour from me and had seen this palette and had wanted it but didn't get it, so this time I was like eh what the heck and picked it up. It was $1.50 and it's gorgeous! It's in the color Waterworld. And that is exactly what it is, beautiful greens, blues and turquoise colors! And if you have ever tried LA Colors eyeshadows you know their pigmentation is the bomb! I'm glad I ended picking it up.

 Next I went to Dollar Tree:

I didn't find much there like always :/ I just got some cotton balls and I got this LA Colors blush which was really pretty and I didn't have it. It is in the color Spice and of course it was only a dollar. I like this color. It's pretty and shimmery and it has alright color payoff. I did swatch it only on my hand so maybe it will look better on my face (hopefully :))

And last but not least is WALMART!:

Ok So they recently released their 55 new shades which I still have to do a weekend haul on them. But they also released a Holiday Nails display which had some gorgeous colors and GLITTERS! I picked up the most unique and well pretty colors. They retail for $1.97 and they were on the edge of the wall that has the Christmas gift sets if that helps any :)

Review: Kiss Ever Pro Lashes Starter Kit

Ok so in my Influenster Beauty Blogger VoxBox I also received an Eyelash Starter Kit from Kiss Products which contains lashes in number 05, some little tweezer-like tool to help apply lashes and a little tube of their lash glue which I have tried before and is amazing! 

Pros: Easy to apply, glue works really good, affordable, easily accessible, comfortable to wear

Cons: None really.

Conclusion: I enjoyed these lashes very much. I have used Kiss lashes before and they are extremely comfortable to wear and to apply. The price is good for they quality of lashes and you can find them anywhere. The Starter Kit comes with all you need! It comes with an amazing set of lashes, an applicaton tool and lash adhesive! I have also tried their lash adhesive before and I love it. It works amazing. Also a tip: Apply glue to your lashes and let it get tacky. When it gets tacky apply a second layer of glue to the lashes and let them get tacky again and then apply. They will last all day! I highly recommend these lashes. They are awesome for the price.

Weekend Haul!

Wet n Wild 6 Pan Palettes Sightings!

 So check this out! I went to a few Dollar General Stores and I found these two sets that each contain two 6 pan palettes and one liquid liner for $4!!! You best believe I stocked up on the one containing the Vanity palette! I mean at $4 you can't go wrong. And I had also missed out on the Pride palette so I got that set as well. I hope you guys can find them! Remember to look at all the Dollar General Stores you can because at one they only had the set containing the Vanity palette and at another they only had the set containing the Pride palette! They will be located where they have the beauty Christmas presents. Oh and usually they are behind this one set that has like 3 or 4 Wet n Wild mascaras so look around for them they may be hidden. :) Good luck guys!

Sephora+Pantone Universe Palette Steal!!! Hint: $17!! :D

Ok so yesterday I got my Sephora order in. Now let me tell you what I ordered! I got the Sephora+Pantone  Universe palette! Now this palette was selling for $55 in stores I believe, it was $48 online but get this, it is on sale right now for $17!!! I had been wanting to get this palette so when I heard it was on sale and at an amazing price of $17 you best believe I jumped on it! And well it now has a new home in my palette drawer! YAY! I was so excited. Now I didn't do swatches but let me just tell you, these eyeshadows are pigmented and soft! They are awesome!! I highly recommend this palette and at this incredible price you really can't beat it! Now I would go and get it now if I were you, because this palette is EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION. Yup, that's right! So go ahead and go order it before it's forever gone!

Coastal Scents Haul!

Today I have a Coastal Scents haul for you guys! Now I did not get all of these in one order so it's kind of a collective haul. I got four of the 12 pan Coastal scents palettes. I got the Winterberry palette, Forever Natural palette, Think Pink palette and Fall Festival palette. Each of these palette retail for $12.95. I did get the Think Pink palette for $6.95 I believe, during October. They had had a promotion during the month of October for Breast Cancer and they donated part of the proceeds to the Breast Cancer foundation.
 I love these palettes! They are really pigmented and a really nice consistency to them. They are also magnetized so you can take them out and arrange them however you would like. I do think they are worth the price because you get 12 full sized shadows and a really nice palette to put them in. The palette has a nice heft to it and a nicely sized mirror which takes up the perimeter of the lid on the palette. Shipping is amazing! Super fast so I have nothing bad to say regarding shipping just go ahead and order these palettes! You will not be disappointed!

Review: Bath & Body Works Mini Candle in Black Pepper Bergamot

So today I have a review for you guys from something I got in my Influenster Beauty Blogger Voxbox: Bath & Body Works Mini Candle in the scent Black Pepper Bergamot.

From the Influenster Beauty Blogger Voxbox description sheet:
"Mini but mighty! Bath & Body Works Mini Candles provide an amazing fragrance experience exclusively developed and tested by a team of Home Fragrance experts, including the world's best master perfumers."
Retail value: $3.50

Pros: Strong smell, fairly inexpensive and easily accessible
Cons: Strong smell, too small

Conclusion: I LOVE this candle!!! I don't burn my candles, I put them on a candle warmer and let them melt. Before this candle was even fully melted it had made my whole room smell wonderful! It is "mini but mighty!" let me just tell you what! The smell is musky, kind of like a really good boy cologne that you would smell during the fall. Oh it's just amazing! I highly recommend this candle. I have not tried any other ones from Bath & Body Works but just by having tried this one I can tell you I am definitely sold! I am going to get more of these but maybe the bigger size which by smelling the mini one I can just imagine how much stronger the larger ones are! I highly recommend these candles. They are totally worth the money!
