BH Cosmetics Haul Ft. 120 4th and 5th Edition palettes

I know I haven't been posting a lot but my son was really sick and is still sick and we have also been fixing up our house because we hope that we will move soon!! But anyways a while back bh cosmetics had a deal on their 4th and 5th edition palettes. You got both for $25! What an awesome deal right? I had been eyeing these anyways and glad I got them!! I absolutely LOVE the 5th edition and as you will seen in the pictures they changed the layout of the 4th edition. As you know when it came out it was a jumbled mess of colors and that is how it is shown on their website so I open the palette and was kind of confused and then realized, they put them in color order know like other 120 palettes. So onto the pictures. I didn't swatch sorry!

I hope you guys enjoyed this small haul! I do have a MAJOR collective haul coming up if I decide to put it up because it is HUGE and I also have another Mizoutlet haul. Have an awesome day!

120 Matte Palette

So I found this awesome palette on ebay and I was instantly in love with it but I kind of put off buying it and finally decided I wanted it pretty bad so I went ahead and ordered it and I am SO glad I did! I love this palette! The shipping was super fast! I bought this on 1/10/13 and got it on the 21st! And in perfect condition! As the description says, it is all matte except for maybe a few shades which kind of verge on being satin. I think this palette is wonderful although some of the darker shades are kind of "duds" as in they are not very pigmented :/ I really do like this palette though. I did a few swatches so you kind of have an idea of how bright they are. As a base I used elf all over cover stick in apricot beige.

I hope you guys enjoyed this! Thank you so much for reading!

FOTD: I Set Fire To The Rain.....

So I did this look on Friday but got kind of busy and posted it till now... hahaha :) my bad. I really love this look I just love how it looks on me and I got a bunch of comments! I've noticed that I really don't write much on my blog but I'm barely getting the hang of it so sorry! I just don't know what to write sometimes and sometimes I just get angry because stuff doesn't come out the way I want it to.

Open!

 1. First I put this yellow on the inner 1/3 of my lid.
2. Then I put this orange in the middle of my lid blending it together with the yellow so you get a nice transition.
3. I then took this red and put it on my outer lid and blended it out with the orange so it blends nicely. I took a fluffy brush and blended my crease out so that the colors were blended and not harsh lines.
4. I took this green under my lower lash line.
5. I lined my upper lash line, added mascara and added a skin tone eyeliner to my water line and tada!
 6. Fin!

I hope you guys enjoyed this look and it is titled like this because the day I wore this look it was raining like crazy here! So I hope that explains it hahaha! :)
Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

FOTD: Blueberry Iced Brownie

So today I went with a neutral look because I had some important errands to run, so no fun colors today :/ I just added a bit of blue on my lower lash line so it wouldn't be so boring. But I hope you guys enjoy it!

I got this Maybelline lipstick at the Dollar Tree along with some other colors. They are pretty good lipsticks very pretty colors and moisturizing.

1. So first I took the brownish color out of the Wet n Wild Vanity palette and used it as my transition color.
2. I took the dark matte brown color from the Natural Shany eyeshadow palette and applied it to my outer V and crease just to darken things up a bit.
3. I then took the goldish color and added it to my lid.
4. I blended it out with the matte skin tone highlight from the Shany palette.
5. Then I took the blue from the 120 palette 2nd edition.
6. I finished it off with mascara and eyeliner both on top and on my waterline.
7. I applied Maybelline's lipstick in Nude Shell.

I hope you guys enjoyed this look although it's a bit blah and kind of looks like a look I did a while ago. Have an amazing weekend!

FOTD: Caught Up in a Cotton Candy Whirlwind :)

So today I did this look with really no inspiration, I've just been wanting to work with these colors for a while. I've done a look kind of like this one before. Anyways I just used my Manly 120 palette 1st edition which is a pretty accessible
palette! Hope you enjoy!

For my lipstick I used the L.A. Colors lip gloss/ lipstick duo in Natural. It just comes with a nude lipstick and a clear gloss. I think it's a really pretty nude and it is such a nice formula not dry or anything really moisturizing. Amazing little duo for only $1! I got some of mine at Deals and some at Dollar Tree.

I really liked how it turned out :)

I kind of don't like how these lashes turned out... Should've used different ones.

Lashes are Miss Adoro #62

Ok so now for the steps of how I did it:
1. I applied this teal-ish color on my lid.
2. I went in with the pink and blended it up towards my brow and in with the teal.
3. I took this purple so subtly darken the crease and help blend out the pink and teal.
4. I took a matte skin tone highlight on my brow to blend out harsh lines then I went in with a shimmery skin tone highlight right below my brow to add a little definition.
5. I then lined my inner lower lash line with the teal and the outer lower lash line with the pink and blended those two together.
6. I lined my waterline with a white eyeliner and lined my upper lash line with a liquid liner, added mascara and then my lashes, and finally went back with the liquid liner to cover up the glue.
7. Added my lipstick
8. Fin :)

Hope you enjoyed this look and I inspired you! :)
