I got this set at Ross for $5.99 it caught my eye because it has some really pretty eyeshadows and it is also distributed by Markwins the same that distributes Wet n Wild.
I also got this Color Club Nailpolish set for $7.99! Another great Color Club Score at Ross!
CVS:
I went to see what I could find on sale when they were having their 50-75% sale and these are all the goodies that I found!

Walmart:
At walmart I bought some nailpolishes that were out with the Holiday collection for 2013 and a few that will be discontinued in 2013. Each nail polish was $1.97.
